At Style & Grace, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

1. Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S. only).

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

 

3. Delays & Lost Packages

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses.

 

Once an item is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.

 

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please contact the carrier directly.

 

 

4. Incorrect Address

 

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

 

If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

 

5. Preorders

If you order a preorder item, please note the estimated ship date in the product description. All items in the order will ship together unless otherwise arranged.
